Lindy Beaver RN MN CHE, President and Founder, has over 18 years experience as a healthcare expert witness. She is an experienced trial expert and has provided deposition testimony many times. Lindy has a diverse clinical background. Additionally she has been employed in a variety of significant positions that expand her talents as an expert. She has published articles, written a chapter in a Medical Surgical textbook, and served as Guest Editor for Nursing Clinics of North America on two separate occasions.

Lindy is a confident presenter and enjoys the challenge of trial testimony. She has an excellent reputation in South Carolina. Medical malpractice cases are referred to her through personal recommendations from S.C attorneys. She works closely with several healthcare attorneys throughout the state. Lindy is known as a fair, honest, articulate, and comprehensive nursing expert.

For the past 18 years, providing expert review, opinions, and testimony has been an interest of Lindys that has been limited to referrals only.
